How our collaboration works
I believe in a clear and uncomplicated workflow. As your partner in business photography, I want you to know what to expect when we work together. Here’s how a typical project progresses – from our first conversation all the way to your finished photographs.
1. Listening & Understanding
Every collaboration begins with a conversation. I want to understand who you are, what defines your business, what the images are intended for, and what you want to achieve with them.
Only a clear understanding of your goals and challenges allows me to create a concept that truly fits your brand. And don’t worry: if you don’t have all the answers to my many questions yet — with my experience, we’ll find them together.
2. Concept & Planning
Based on your goals we develop a suitable concept. This includes image ideas, mood boards, colour and image psychology, ideas for locations and processes – everything necessary to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the shoot and that everyone feels comfortable.
After all, good preparation ensures relaxed shoots and natural results.
3. Photo Shoot
During the shoot, I work calmly and efficiently, creating a relaxed atmosphere. My belief: photo shoots should be fun.
Many of my clients tell me afterwards how surprised they were by how pleasant the experience was — even those who usually feel uncomfortable in front of a camera.
My make-up artist ensures that even the small details in styling and make-up are just right.
4. Selection & Editing
After the shoot, you will receive an online preview gallery where you can easily selectand comment on your favorites — and, if needed, involve multiple people from your company.
Once your final selection is made, the images are professionally, yet subtly retouched — always with the goal of keeping them natural while achieving maximum impact.
5. Delivery & Long-Term Benefits
You will receive your final images for download in all required formats, along with clear usage rights.
Martin Ramsauer Photography securely archives your finished images for at least one year. If you need additional visuals later on, we can seamlessly build on what we’ve already created.
